In the first half of 2018, the Service completed more than 10,000 state services, including 3,192 state services with the involvement of assessors and experts:
By results of rendering of 15.6% of state accreditation services, negative decisions were made. By results of passing the procedure of confirmation of competence, the accreditation of 501 accredited persons was suspended, which accounted for 34.5% of the total number of provided state services of this type.
Due to the withdrawal of applications, about 9.5% of state services were completed and about 4% were terminated due to the lack of documents on the receipt of necessary and mandatory services.
During the reporting period, the Service also provided more than 6,500 state services without the participation of assessors and experts:
In the first half of 2018 compared to the same period of 2017, there was a decrease in the number of applications for changes in the information of the register of accredited persons by 12%, in connection with the consistent work on systematization and updating of the information at information resources of RusAccreditation.
The number of applications for the provision of state services received in the first 6 months of the current year corresponds to the volumes of the same period in 2017.
Within the work with the assessment community during the reporting period, 11 assessors were certified. As of June 30, 2017, the register contained information about 315 assessors (the certification of 19 of them is suspended).
With intent to examination of issues of state services and assessment of performance of assessors, work was done on analyzing the performance of assessment teams. So, in connection with the Russian Federation law violation on accreditation, 7 assessors had a withdrawing accreditation in the national accreditation system, two of them because of the determination of the fact of providing misleading information contained in expert report, act of on-site examination, examination report.
Within the frame of the implementation of the authority to conduct recognition and conformity assessment of testing laboratories (centers) with the principles of good laboratory practice (GLP) in the first half of 2018, RusAccreditation completed three state services (for preliminary inspection and conformity assessment), and three inspections were conducted. As of June 30, 2018, the registry contained information about 11 Russian testing laboratories that have passed conformity assessment with the principles of GLP in the national accreditation system.
